Location is the Viking Chili Bowl on the north side of Rt. 30, just a little east of Rt. 2 (Washington St.) in Valpo. Breakfast at Round-The-Clock in downtown Valpo at 7:30am on VE Testing Saturdays (2nd Saturday of most months).
